15-Day Return Policy

Our 15-day return policy applies to all products except engraved, customized, or bespoke designs.

  • Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of the invoice value.

  • Return Requirements: Products must be returned with the original certificate and invoice. If the certificate is missing, a fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.

  • Quality Check: All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–12 business days.

  • Ineligible Returns: Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or resized by anyone other than Joara Diamonds will not qualify for a return.

Return Process:
You can initiate a return by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 8447 900619, and we will arrange a reverse pickup. The 15-day return window remains valid even if the product tag has been removed.

Refund Options:

  • Credit Note/Gift Card: Redeemable on your next purchase

  • Bank Transfer: (Requires a cancelled cheque for cash payments)

  • Original Payment Method: For card, UPI, or online transactions

Quality Check & Customer Communication

All return, exchange, buyback, and warranty requests undergo a detailed quality inspection by our expert team. If a product is found to fall short of Joara Diamond’s quality standards—such as showing signs of damage, wear, or unauthorized alterations—we will inform you of our assessment before taking any further action.

The final eligibility and value are discussed transparently with you, and no deductions are made without your prior knowledge and consent. Our objective is to provide a clear, fair, and trustworthy process for every customer.

Exchange & Buyback Policy

Exchange Policy

  • Value Offered: 100% of the prevailing gold and diamond rates will be considered for exchange. Any discounts availed during the original purchase will be deducted as a fixed amount from the current diamond value. Further, making charges and GST paid during original purchase shall also be deducted.

  • Required Documents: Products must be returned with the original invoice and certificate. If the certificate is missing, a fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.

  • Eligibility: Products that have been altered or resized by anyone other than Joara Diamonds are not eligible for exchange. Exchange is valid only for purchases made through Joara Diamonds stores or the official Joara Diamonds website.

  • Credit Note: After a successful quality check, a credit note will be issued for the eligible amount. This credit note can be used to purchase any other item from us but cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Validity: The credit amount must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.

Buyback Policy

Buyback & Refund Policy

  • Value Offered: 100% of the prevailing gold value and 80% of the prevailing diamond value will be considered.

  • Deductions: Any diamond discounts availed during purchase, as well as making charges and GST, will be deducted as a fixed amount from the prevailing diamond value.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed through bank transfer within 15 business days after the product successfully clears quality inspection.

  • Eligibility: Products must be in acceptable condition and must not be worn out, altered, or resized by anyone other than Joara Diamonds.

  • Certificate Requirement: If the original certificate is missing, a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.

  • Refund Options:

Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

We offer a lifetime warranty covering genuine manufacturing defects.

Coverage Includes:

  • Repair or replacement for confirmed manufacturing faults

  • Replacement of missing stones (up to 50 cents) if the loss is due to a manufacturing defect

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or accidents

  • Loss of components (stones, screws, etc.) due to external factors

  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
